low calorie concoctions

I'm not sure if anyone reading this indulges in these packaged 100 calorie snacks. I admittedly eat them when I'm on the go all day and in need of something quick. On their own, reduced calorie cookies and puddings are not really that good and could use some improving. So after a recent trip the the USA for a junk food re-up, I discovered some new icebox pudding ingredients.

First off is a Boston Cream Pie pudding cup.

Next up was my attempt at using up a few more peaches.
The pudding this time is Jell-O Cinnamon Roll. It included my first taste of Lorna Doone 100 calorie shortbread cookies which I think you can only find in the US (there is a Canadian equivalent in Peek Freans shortcake cookies)

Lastly, I purchased Jell-O Mousse Temptations Dark Chocolate Decadence.
For this I decided to create a Dark Chocolate Raspberry dessert.
